When your account information is accepted, you will see a list of the Offer Descriptions you have ordered from. This list shows the Offer Description, Source Code, and Order Date, as one line for each Offer Description ordered from. You may have more than one page of orders. If so, you can look at older orders by selecting the other pages, either by clicking the page number or "Next" or "Prev" at the bottom of the offer description list. 

Just click on the Offer Description that contains the orders you want to see.
