Understanding Order Status
Occasionally an item you ordered is not in stock when your order
is ready for shipment. Rather than hold up your whole order, we ship what
we have, and put the rest of your order on a 'backorder' shipment, which we
refer to as a 'partial'. This partial will have the same
shipment number as the original. Also, if we reshipped items for any reason,
perhaps because the original shipment was lost or damaged, that reship will have
the same shipment number as the original.
If you make additional, separate orders for products in the same offer, those
additional orders will each have a separate shipment number. We consolidate
products from all of your orders into a single group whenever we have products
to ship, but all of those items will be recorded on their original offer and
shipment number. If that happens, the shipping label you receive with your
products will say "Consolidated Order" at the top of the label.
If the Order status is ‘Cancelled’, this means the selected shipment has been cancelled
and will not be shipped.
‘Shipped’ means the selected shipment has left the warehouse,
while ‘Pending’ indicates that the order has yet to be shipped.
The comment ‘reshipped’ means that the original order has been reshipped;
whereas the comment ‘is reship’ means that the order you have selected is the reshipped order.
‘Returned’ indicates that some or all of the merchandise was returned to us.
‘Partial Ship’ means that not all of the items ordered were shipped with the original order
(usually because some were not in stock) and the selected shipment includes some or all of those backordered items.
‘Backordered’ indicates that some items on the order are out of stock and will not be replenished within the next 10 days.
Any unshipped items will ship when stock is available, with no additional shipping charges.
