How to Sign In
Sign in with zip code and name or email address
If you do not have either Account number or Order number, it is still easy to find your account. You can enter either your Name and Zip code, or your Email address.
When locating your account by name and zip code, you must enter at least the first letter of your first name, five letters of your last name and five number zip code. If you get an error stating that the system cannot locate your account, you may want to enter more letters from your first name. Be sure to use the name on your account. If your original order went to "James", the system will not find "Jim".
When locating your account by email, you must be certain that you use the same email address you used when entering your order. You can enter additional information to select your order list if more than one account is listed under your email address. You then ‘Click’ on the 'Sign In' button to bring up your account information.
You will be taken to a screen that displays all of your orders. Follow the instructions on the form, or view additional help, to see the detail about each shipment.
