How to View Shipments
Finding Your Order Information
Once your Order information is displayed for the selected Offer Description, you will see a list of all your orders for that Offer. This list shows Shipment number, Order number, Ship Date, Status, and Comment for each order listed. You can click on the order of interest to display the individual shipment detail.
The Shipment number relates to a single purchase you have made. If all of the items were in stock and arrived safely, there will only be one entry for each shipment. If some items were out of stock, and were shipped later, or if some items were reshipped, then there may be additional entries showing those shipments. Order number is a tracking number for a particular shipment. It appears at the top right corner of the invoice enclosed with your shipment. We can use that number to track a shipment or to call up additional information about the order. Ship Date is the date the order left our warehouse.
