Backorders
If we were unable to ship your complete order to you, the item that is missing will be marked with ‘B/O’ next to it as an identification that the item is currently on backorder. Whenever possible, we will also include a date on the same line signifying the expected arrival date.
Partial Ships
Whenever possible, we fulfill as much of a customer’s order as possible. We do not delay shipping until all items are available. Therefore, customers will periodically receive part of their order with items undelivered mark as backordered or with the appropriate status.
Shipping Method
We ship packages out in a number of different methods. The most common shipping methods are Bulk Mail and SmartPost. Bulk Mail takes approximately 14 business days for delivery. SmartPost takes 7-10 business days. Both shipping methods are processed through the United States Postal System.
Reships
When a reship is processed, there is no charge to the customer. The reship invoice will display the original product and price for the item, but there is no charge to the customer for this shipment.
Die Cast
Diecast is the process in which tools, molds, and dies are used to create the pieces of a replica. The metal used is usually Zinc. Much of the car is metal, but not 100%. For additional authenticity, smaller parts like mirrors, hoods ornaments, and bumpers are made from plastic.
