Item Detail Status
Understanding the detail listing of Items on your Order
Under the shipment list is the Item Detail list. This shows Item,
Description, Qty, and Status for each item in the order.
The Item status can be ‘Shipped’, ‘Dropped’, ‘Pending’, or ‘Backord’.
‘Shipped’ means the item was included in the selected shipment.
‘Dropped’ means that the item has been removed from your order by Customer Service.
‘Pending’ means the shipment has not gone out yet.
‘Backord’ means that item was scheduled to go out with the shipment but was not in stock
at the time the shipment was packed.
If an ‘is reship’ order has multiple items, only one of which is being reshipped
you may see a line in the item list ‘ITEMS DROPPED FROM THIS ORDER’ followed by the
items that were on the original order that were not reshipped;
this might be because only one item was damaged and you have already received the others.
In this case both the ‘reshipped’, and the ‘is reship’ orders will be displayed,
looking at both should make your order status easy to see.
You may see an item named 'AGSET' at the top of your item list. This
represents products ordered under a 'buy any ' type of offer
(such as buy any 3 cars and receive a $10 discount, for example).
The items purchased in this set are listed lower in the detail list,
under the heading " 'ANY ITEM' SETS". The quantity of the
AGSET item represents the total number of items
you purchased in the set offer shown in the set list.
To view a different shipment, just click on the shipment.
If you wish to view orders from another Offer Description click
‘Return to Orders List' to select another Offer Description.
