Returns and Refunds
Checking on a product return or refund
You may see a status of 'Returned' in the comment field for a shipment. This
may mean that you have returned product, or perhaps the package was returned to
us as undeliverable. You have several options for a returned product, including
a reship of the product, a refund of any payments made for the product, or, in
some cases, the opportunity to transfer the value of the refund to another
order.
If a refund has been processed for the shipment, you will see the Refund,
Refund Date, and Refund Type appear just above the item detail list.
If a refund has been paid, the Refund field will show ‘Refund Issued’;
if a refund is due , but not yet paid, you will see ‘Refund Pending’.
Refund, Refund Date, and Refund Type will only appear if there has been
a refund on the shipment.
Because this site does not display financial information, you will need to
contact Customer Service if you have additional questions about charges,
payments or refunds.
